As the principal attorney and owner of The Law Firm of Kyce Siddiqi, Attorney Kyce Siddiqi is an immigration lawyer with over a decade of experience in international and criminal justice. Mr. Siddiqi is a decorated former (retired) NYPD Police Officer and international rule of law advisor, having worked overseas on behalf of the U.S. State Department.

Long before becoming an immigration attorney, Attorney Siddiqi was a child refugee adjusting to life in the United States. This was his green card.

Decades later, Attorney Siddiqi now has the privilege of helping immigrants, refugees, and families navigate the same system that shaped his own life.

Mr. Siddiqi’s practice focuses on family-based immigration, consular processing, naturalization, asylum, and the defense of clients facing deportation. An immigrant himself who knows firsthand how difficult the immigration process can be, Attorney Siddiqi strives to treat each client like family, not like a “number.”

He practices immigration law and is licensed to practice in New York and Texas, as well as in multiple U.S. Federal Courts and the U.S. Court of International Trade. He is eligible to practice immigration law in all 50 states. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
