Mr. Kyce Siddiqi is the principal attorney and owner of The Law Firm of Kyce Siddiqi which predominately practices in the areas of immigration, naturalization and asylum law.
With over a decade of international and legal experience, Mr. Siddiqi is a decorated former (retired) NYPD Police Officer who focuses his practice on immigration law. He has intimate knowledge of New York’s criminal justice system and has made and issued hundreds of arrests and summonses having worked in plain-clothes and counter-narcotic assignments.
His international experience includes assignments as a legal advisor and trainer on behalf of the U.S. State Department abroad. As a practicing immigration lawyer, Mr. Siddiqi has experience in the complex maze of U.S. Immigration and Customs regulations and has volunteered at the Immigration Legal Services of Long Island.
An immigrant originally from Afghanistan, Mr. Siddiqi personally knows how difficult the immigration process can be. He strives to treat each client like family and will apply persistence, dedication and his legal experience for the best possible result in your case. Mr. Siddiqi has delivered talks and conducted workshops on immigration law and has assisted hundreds of clients in a range of immigration matters including asylum, deportation (removal) defense, consular processing and USCIS interview representation.
He is admitted to practice law in Texas and New York and is authorized to practice immigration law in all 50 states.
